About Me

I am Tianhao Qin, a master’s student in Structural Engineering at the School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology.

I currently conduct research on advanced concrete materials under Professor Shiping Yin. Previously, under Professor Yaning Qiao, I worked on China’s dual-carbon goals—carbon peaking and carbon neutrality—and the application of machine learning methods. These interdisciplinary experiences have been highly rewarding.

I believe good ideas emerge through communication. I created this website so that we can learn and grow together; see AboutSite for more details. If you are interested in my research or related topics, feel free to contact me:

Research Interests and Skills

My current interests include:

  • Integrated structural energy-storage materials
  • Carbon neutrality and carbon peaking
  • Applications of machine learning and AI in engineering

I believe that new materials enable new structures, and new structures can improve the way we live.
